The award was presented by Shri Hari Babu Kambhampati, Governor of Odisha, and the selection was made by a distinguished panel chaired by Hon’ble Supreme Court Justice (Retd.) Arijit Pasayat, with Dr. T.K. Chand, former CMD of Nalco, as the convenor.
