A new option for city riders is on the way as Hero MotoCorp, one of India’s biggest two-wheeler companies, has launched a brand-new electric scooter, the Vida V1 VX2. This is the latest model under their electric brand “Vida” and is designed for easy and comfortable city travel.
The Hero Vida V1 VX2 comes with several smart and user-friendly features that make it ideal for city travel. It has a top speed of 65 km/h, which is perfect for urban roads, and offers a range of about 85 km on a single charge. The scooter supports fast and convenient charging, reaching 0 to 80% in around 4.5 hours. One of its best features is the removable lithium-ion battery, which means you can easily take it out and charge it at home or the office, just like a mobile phone.
For a modern riding experience, the VX2 has a digital touchscreen display that shows your speed, battery level, navigation, and more. It also comes with smart connectivity, allowing users to connect the scooter with a mobile app to track rides, check battery status, find nearby charging stations, and view trip history. To suit different riding needs, the scooter offers three ride modes: Eco, Ride, and Sport. Additionally, it has a reverse mode for easy parking and regenerative braking, which helps save energy while slowing down.

The Vida V1 VX2 has been launched at a starting price of ₹97,800 (ex-showroom). This makes it more affordable than the earlier Vida V1 Pro model, which costs over ₹1.25 lakh.
Bookings have started in selected cities like Delhi, Bengaluru, Jaipur, and Hyderabad and will expand to more locations soon.
The Vida V1 VX2 is completely designed for lower and middle-class Indians so that every citizen can afford the price. It is made in India. Hero has also promised good service support and spare parts availability through its wide dealer network.
