TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL) extended help to over 60 families in Ramachandrapur Village under Bhadrak District who were impacted by Cyclone ‘DANA’. The relief distribution, held on November 5, was organized by TPNODL’s CSR team and funded through employee contributions and the company’s CSR fund.
Essential items such as dal, mustard oil, wheat flour, sattu, salt, biscuits, and tarpaulins were provided to help affected families meet their immediate needs.
The relief event was attended by local dignitaries, including the Sarpanch, Block Development Officer (BDO), and senior TPNODL officials. The BDO praised the company for its swift restoration of electricity services in the region and commended the timely support extended to the affected communities.
TPNODL CEO Dwijadas Basak emphasized the company’s commitment to community welfare, saying, “TATA Group is always known for extending support to communities in times of need. We are proud to contribute to the recovery of cyclone-affected families.”
