Scammers are misleading individuals by claiming that their electricity connection will be disconnected due to unpaid bills. In a recent incident in Berhampur, a fraudster used the number 8777418070.
TPSODL emphasizes that these scammers are not affiliated with the company. Customers are urged to exercise caution when receiving such calls or messages. The company reassures customers that it never requests sensitive information such as passwords, OTPs, bank details, or access to mobile or laptop screens during payment transactions. To ensure secure payments, TPSODL advises customers to use only authorized payment methods and channels.
