TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) has officially kicked off its month-long ‘Quality Month’ celebration, themed “Quality: From Compliance to Performance.” This initiative aims to instill a culture of quality across all operations.
The launch coincides with World Quality Month, observed each November to emphasize the importance of quality standards in organizations. The opening ceremony included an integrity pledge at TPSODL’s corporate office, where employees vowed to maintain high standards in their work. CEO Amit Kumar Garg and senior officials led the pledge, underscoring the company’s commitment to quality.
“Our goal is to embed quality into every aspect of our work. This celebration will empower us to deliver lasting value and establish TPSODL as a benchmark in quality excellence,” said Garg.
Throughout November, TPSODL will host various activities, including workshops, competitions, and contests aimed at promoting continuous improvement and engaging employees. These events are designed to inspire higher standards and highlight the critical role of quality within the company.
