The Tata Steel Foundation (TSF) has launched an Outdoor Leadership Camp (OLC) for 40 youths from the RISHTA project in Sukinda. The camp, aimed at enhancing leadership skills and promoting teamwork, is being held in the Tumung region of Jharkhand.
The tour was inaugurated by Pramod Kumar, Head of Administration at Tata Steel’s Ferro Alloys and Minerals Division, at the Sukinda Chromite Mine campus, with TSF Sukinda staff in attendance.
Participants were selected based on their completion of the Sathiya training program, which equips youths with knowledge and communication skills on adolescent health.
The OLC will provide advanced leadership training and team-building exercises, empowering participants to drive positive change in their communities.
