Tata Motors is going to launch a special Curvv Dark Edition, and some details have been leaked before the official announcement. The special edition will come with both petrol and diesel engine options, i.e., a blacked-out look, and will only be available in the top model (Accomplished variant).

The Curvv Dark Edition comes with a stylish all-black design, giving it a modern feel. It features black exterior paint, a black grille, alloy wheels, and dark headlights. The LED light bar and taillights add a sleek touch, while the glossy black body cladding and shark-fin antenna enhance its premium design. Inside, the car will have a fully black interior, including the dashboard and seats, making the car look classy and sophisticated.
Engine & Power Options
The Tata Curvv Dark Edition will have no mechanical changes and will offer the same powerful engine options. It will be powered by a 1.2L Hyperion turbo-petrol engine producing 123 HP and 225 Nm of torque, as well as a 1.5L Kryojet diesel engine delivering 116 HP and 260 Nm of torque. Both engines will come with a DCA automatic transmission, and a 6-speed manual gearbox may also be available as an option.
Expected Price & Launch Date
The Curvv Dark Edition is expected to be ₹40,000 costlier than the regular model. It will be officially revealed on March 22, 2025, as the official car for IPL 2025.
With its stylish all-black look and premium features, the Tata Curvv Dark Edition will join Tata’s popular Dark Edition series, which already includes the following models: the Safari, Nexon, Altroz, and Harrier.
