Shantanu Naidu, a close aide of Ratan Tata, recently shared an important update about his career. He has been promoted to General Manager and Head of Strategic Initiatives at Tata Motors.
Shantanu first joined Tata Motors in 2014 as a young engineer. Over the years, he worked in different roles and became known for his unique ideas and leadership. His bond with Ratan Tata grew when he launched an initiative to help stray dogs, which impressed the business leader.
Later, Shantanu worked closely with Ratan Tata, managing various projects and assisting him in business and philanthropic efforts. Now, with his new position at Tata Motors, he feels his career has come full circle, returning to the company where he started, but in a much bigger role.
He expressed his gratitude on social media, acknowledging how his journey has been shaped by the trust and support of those around him, especially Ratan Tata.
