Rajbhasha Pakhwada-2024 was observed in the East Coast Railway (ECoR), Sambalpur Division, with the aim of promoting awareness and the extensive use of the Hindi language among railway staff. To celebrate this occasion, various competitions, including essay writing, précis writing, debates, and speeches, were organized for employees.

The closing ceremony of Rajbhasha Pakhwada-2024 took place on Monday at the DRM office. Divisional Railway Manager Tushar Kant Pandey attended as the Chief Guest, with Additional Chief Rajbhasha Adhikari and Additional Divisional Railway Manager Anand Singh serving as the Guests of Honour.

During the ceremony, Pandey emphasized the importance of using Hindi in day-to-day official work. A total of 52 railway employees were recognized for their outstanding performance in the Hindi language. The Chief Guest presented them with certificates of merit and cash prizes.

The event was coordinated by Rajbhasha Adhikari Vikash Chandan.
