Paradeep Phosphates Limited (PPL) is making waves at the India Chem 2024 exhibition, currently underway at the Mumbai Exhibition Centre. This major event, dedicated to the chemical and petrochemical industries, has seen PPL stand out as the sole representative from Odisha, showcasing its commitment to innovation and growth in the sector.

The PPL stall was officially inaugurated on Thursday by Union Minister of State for Fertilizers and Chemicals, Anupriya Patel. Accompanying her were PPL’s Chief Financial Officer, Bijay Kumar Biswal, and Head of Corporate Affairs, Sudhi Ranjan Mishra, marking a significant moment for the company. The event also drew the attention of Odisha’s Chief Minister, Mohan Charan Majhi, and Minister of State for Industries and Skill Development, Sampad Charan Swain.

India Chem 2024, organized by the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals in collaboration with FICCI, is the largest exhibition in the Asia Pacific region, running from October 17 to 19. This thirteenth edition emphasizes the immense potential of the chemical sector and the supportive government policies aimed at fostering long-term growth. The exhibition facilitates networking opportunities for domestic and international investors, encouraging alliances that can lead to substantial trade and investment prospects.

The event also features a roundtable discussion involving global CEOs from various industries, including chemicals, petrochemicals, agrochemicals, and machinery, further enhancing the collaborative spirit of the exhibition.
