PNB Housing Finance Ltd has declared its financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2024 on Monday. On a standalone basis, the company reported a net profit of Rs 443.80 crore which was Rs 282.91 Cr in the year-ago quarter representing a growth of 57% YoY. For the entire financial year, its net profit reached Rs 1,527.42 Cr which was Rs 1,056.27 Cr in FY23.
The company said its net income was Rs 1,806 crore in Q4FY24 up by 11% to Rs 1,628 Cr in Q4FY23. Whereas in FY24 the net income stood at Rs 7,024 Cr which was Rs 6,493 Cr in FY23.
The company’s quarterly revenue from operations on a standalone basis reached Rs 1,801 Cr in Q4FY24 compared to Rs 1,627 Cr in Q4FY23 whereas in the full year FY24 the sales stood at Rs 7,014 Cr as against Rs 6,491 Cr in FY23.
At the meeting held today, the Board has also approved the proposal for issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures up to INR 2,500 Crore (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Crore Only) on Private Placement Basis, in one or more tranches,” said PNB Housing Finance in a regulatory filing on Monday. On Monday, the shares of PNB Housing Finance closed 1.93% higher at Rs 800.90 apiece level on the BSE with a market cap of Rs 20,801.29 Cr post the result announcement.
