PM Narendra Modi, who turned 74 on September 17, introduced the Subhadra Yojana, an initiative of the Odisha government that provides the women beneficiaries who are eligible with an annual transfer of Rs 10,000.

For the scheme’s introduction, the Mohan Charan Majhi government has organized a sizable gathering of women from all across the state at Bhubaneswar’s Janata Maidan. At the panchayat and block levels, plans have been made to broadcast the PM’s program live on television.

All government departments have been encouraged to adopt the Subhadra logo in all official communications and social media handles, and awareness initiatives are being organized statewide.

The 100th day of the third NDA government at the Centre was marked by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s unveiling of railway and national highway projects valued at over ₹ 3,800 crore, as well as the opening of the government of Odisha’s flagship women-centric scheme, Subhadra Yojana.

Additionally, PM Modi distributed the first installment of aid to about 10 lakh recipients in 14 states under the PMAY-G program.

He also participated in the ‘Griha Pravesh’ celebrations, which were held for the nation’s 26 lakh beneficiaries under the housing scheme.

In addition, he introduced the Awaas+ 2024 App, which is intended to survey additional households for PMAY-G.

PM Modi spoke with the benefactors at the Sabar Sahi slum in Bhubaneswar while taking part in the Griha Pravesh celebrations.There, the PM inaugurated the houses of twenty PMAY recipients.

The PM visited the home of Antaryami Nayak, a recipient of the housing plan, accompanied by Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, and enjoyed the traditional sweet dish, “kheeri,” made at his home.

PM Modi gave his kids a blessing  spent some time at Nayak’s home.

After receiving ‘kheeri’ on his birthday in Bhubaneswar from a tribal family, PM Modi recounted his experience. “When my mother was alive, I used to visit here and seek her blessing on my birthday,” he added. I used to get jaggery from her. It was a tribal mother who blessed me today and gave me ‘kheeri’.  The happiness of tribals gives me strength to work for them.

After launching the scheme, Modi ji initiated the fund into the bank accounts of over ten lakh women.

The prime minister declared that the BJP was quickly delivering on the pledges it made during the election.

He stated that all four of the Jagannath temple’s gates in Puri had been opened to the public, and the Ratna Bhandar of the shrine had also been opened, listing the pledges that had been kept thus far.

The prime minister stated that significant decisions have been made for the welfare of the underprivileged, farmers, youth, and women, noting that today is unique as the current NDA government at the Center is celebrating its 100th day on Tuesday.

A PM package of ₹ 2 lakh crore for the youth, the permission of connecting 25,000 villages with pucca roads, the inclusion of 75,000 seats in medical institutes, and the construction of 3 crore pucca houses for the impoverished were all decided upon during these 100 days.

The prime minister added that in the last three months, the government has nearly doubled the amount of money allocated to tribal communities, announced a special project to develop 60,000 tribal villages, established a new pension plan for government workers, and lowered income taxes for professionals, business owners, and entrepreneurs.

Aside from this, significant decisions have been made for producers of oilseed and onions; import duties on foreign-produced oil have been raised to support Indian farmers; export duties on Basmati rice have been lowered to increase exports; and MSP has been increased for crops, benefiting farmers to the tune of approximately ₹ 2 lakh crore.
