On the stock market holiday, three companies have announced dividends along with their results. These companies have also released the quarterly results for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024 i.e. January-March. Also, two companies have said that they can declare dividend. First of all, let us talk about those companies which are going to declare dividend. Kriti Industries and Kriti Nutrients have told that their board meeting will be held on May 3. The results of March quarter will be approved in this meeting. Also, both the companies will consider dividend in this board meeting. Kriti Industries last paid final dividend on August 8, 2022. Whereas, Kriti Nutrients last paid final dividend on August 21, 2023.

L&T Finance Dividend
L&T Finance has released the results for the March quarter of the business year 2024. Along with the results, the company has declared a dividend of Rs 2.5 per share at the face value of Rs 10 per share. The company said that after approval from the shareholders in the AGM, its payment will also be made within 30 days.
Craftsman Auto Dividend
This company has announced a final dividend of Rs 11.25 per share i.e. 225% at the face value of Rs 5 per share in the board meeting on Saturday. The company said that approval for this will also be taken from the shareholders in the AGM.
Sportking India Dividend
This company has declared a final dividend of Rs 5 per share at the face value of Rs 10 per share. The company also informed that Rs 635.36 lakh will be spent on dividend on fully paid equity shares and Rs 34.16 lakh will be spent on dividend on non-convertible redeemable preference shares.
