NSE achieves new record, lists five companies across country in a single day

With a combined issue amount of Rs 2,047 crore, the National Stock Exchange (NSE) said on Tuesday that it has accomplished another significant milestone: listing five firms nationwide in a single day.

All five of the firms’ simultaneous listing ceremonies took place in Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chennai, and Mumbai.

These businesses are Bulkcorp International Ltd., Rajputana Industries Ltd., Ashapura Logistics Ltd., Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Ltd., and Akums Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Akums Pharmaceuticals & Drugs was listed with a Rs 1,856.74 crore issue size.

Ashapura Logistics was listed with an issue size of Rs 52.66 crore, while Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global was listed with an issue size of Rs 92.93 crore.

With an issue size of Rs. 23.88 crore for Rajputana Industries and Rs. 20.78 crore for Bulkcorp International, the companies were listed.

Sriram Krishnan, Chief Business Development Officer, NSE, said, “Today’s multi-city listing of 5 companies on the NSE stands as a testament to the strength of our technology infrastructure and issuance procedures.”

“We remain committed to smoothening the process for listing of good quality corporates to pave the way for achieving Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of Viksit Bharat 2047,” he stated.

Five initial public offerings (IPOs) totaling Rs 13,726 crore are scheduled for the NSE Main Board by August 13, according to the exchange.

With an issue size of Rs. 23.88 crore for Rajputana Industries and Rs. 20.78 crore for Bulkcorp International, the companies were listed.
