Delta Electronics has launched its new D-Bot series Collaborative Robots (Cobots) at ELECRAMA 2025. These 6-axis robots, with payload capacities of up to 30 kg and speeds reaching 200 degrees per second, are designed to improve manufacturing processes in industries like electronics assembly, packaging, materials handling, and welding.
At the event, Delta also introduced a 240kW DC Fast EV Charger and an Industrial Power-protect Transformer-based UPS, reinforcing its commitment to energy efficiency and sustainable urban development in India.
Strengthening India’s Industrial Growth
Delta Electronics is making a significant investment of $500 million in India to expand its manufacturing and operations. This investment, announced under the ‘Make in India’ initiative, includes the expansion of its Krishnagiri facility, located 90 km from Bengaluru. The facility manufactures solutions for electric mobility, telecom, and data center energy efficiency. The expansion is expected to be partially operational by the end of 2025.

Showcasing Advanced Technologies
At ELECRAMA 2025, Delta is also exhibiting a range of solutions including Industrial Automation, EV Charging, Smart Building Automation, Data Centers, and Smart Energy Infrastructure. The company is presenting articulated and SCARA robots for high-speed pick-and-place tasks and smart screwdriving solutions for mobile phone manufacturing.
Delta’s 240kW DC Fast EV Charger, designed by its Indian R&D team, supports dual-vehicle charging with 95% efficiency. It includes wired and 4G GSM connectivity, making it ideal for commercial and fleet applications.
In addition, Delta is showcasing high-efficiency data center solutions, such as the 33kW 1OU ORv3 Power Shelves, achieving 97.5% efficiency to ensure stable power for AI servers. The company is also advancing EV Powertrain Solutions for electric two- and three-wheelers, featuring On-Board Chargers, DC/DC Converters, and EVCC products supporting bi-directional charging and V2X integration.
