The Audi RS Q8 Performance, which combines comfort, luxury, and speed, has arrived in India with a price of around ₹2.49 crore (ex-showroom). It is the most powerful Audi SUV available in the country.
The SUV comes with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that produces 640 horsepower and 850 Nm of torque. It has an 8-speed automatic gearbox and can go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds. The top speed is 305 km/h.
The RS Q8 Performance has a sporty look and design. It features a black honeycomb grille, bigger air intakes, and a wider body. The headlights used over here are of advanced LED technology, and the car has carbon-fiber details for a premium look and feel. At the back, it has custom OLED taillights and large exhaust tips.
Inside, the SUV has a stylish black interior with red accents. It includes a 12.3-inch digital display, a 17-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system, and four-zone climate control. The seats are made of premium leather with red stitching. The SUV also comes with a powerful 23-speaker sound system, a heads-up display, wireless phone charging, and many more.
For a smooth ride and stable driving, Audi has added some advanced features like all-wheel steering, air suspension, and a special sport differential. The Audi RS Q8’s safety features include multiple airbags, a 360-degree camera, and advanced driver assistance systems.
The RS Q8 Performance also features a 48V mild-hybrid system, which helps improve in enhancing both performance and efficiency. Additionally, the SUV incorporates advanced technologies such as all-wheel steering and adaptive air suspension to improve handling.
The RS Q8 Performance competes with other luxury SUVs like the Porsche Cayenne GTS, Lamborghini Urus, BMW XM, and Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 Coupe in India. While the Lamborghini Urus SE has more power due to its hybrid engine, the Audi RS Q8 Performance offers a great balance and a mix of speed, style, and comfort.
